Terms of Service

Template – review before launch.

These terms apply to purchases from the Napparo online store, operated by Muneeb Badar, private seller trading as Napparo, Pasilanraitio 6 D 62, 00240 Helsinki, Finland ("we", "us"). Not VAT-registered (private seller). By placing an order you accept these terms.

1. Orders

A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may cancel an order in case of obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud or if a product is unavailable. In that case we refund any payment in full.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros (or converted to your local currency). No VAT is charged (private seller, not VAT-registered). Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken through the payment methods offered at checkout.

3. Delivery

We deliver to the countries listed on our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk passes to you when you receive the goods.

4. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See Returns & Refunds.

5. Warranty and defects

Consumers are entitled to the statutory rights for defective goods under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act and the consumer law of their country of residence. These rights are not affected by these terms.

6. Product use

Use products as described. Do not handle drinks while driving when it isn't safe to do so. Check compatibility with your vehicle before purchase.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.

8. Governing law and disputes

Finnish law applies, without depriving consumers of the protection given by the mandatory laws of their country of residence. Consumers may refer disputes to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board or to the courts of their place of residence.
