14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you (or someone you choose) receive the goods, without giving any reason.

How to return

1. Tell us within 14 days by emailing vidiabrands@gmail.com with your order number. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but you don't have to.
2. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first: returns must be arranged by email.
3. Send the items back within 14 days of telling us that you are withdrawing.

Return shipping costs are paid by [TO CONFIRM: the customer / Napparo]. Please pack items carefully. You are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling the goods beyond what is needed to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refunds

We refund all payments received for the returned items, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We use the same payment method you used for the purchase. We may hold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have shown proof that you sent them, whichever comes first.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item is faulty or arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a photo. You are always entitled to your statutory consumer rights for defective goods.
